Film, animation and theatre all get tangled up in the creative tentacles of Studio Sandy, a production ensemble for multidisciplinary visual projects.
The members of multifaceted Belgian collective Lisa Tahon, Nele Fack and Phéline Thierens blend their distinct skill sets into playful but powerfully cinematographic work. At that crossroads of disciplines Lisa, Nele and Phéline present elegant visual storytelling, tailormade to each context or collaborator.
Lisa discovers poetry in every project she takes on. Alongside her film making Lisa founded the creative platform ZANDZAND, which conceives and organises artistic projects for a wide range of target audiences and ages.
Nele’s fields of expertise include video mappings, installations, animations and lots of in-between forms. From the smallest sketch to immense installations, she finds great pleasure in building, constructing, shaping and creating captivating imagery. Nele’s love for mixing and matching different techniques results in a recognisable style and has attracted an interesting variety of collaborators.
